Four generations at the same doorway
In 1942, Bandesha Foods began cleaning, grinding and packing spices for the families of our own town. The tools have improved since then. The method has not. We still buy whole spices, clean them by hand, mill them in small batches so the oils stay in the spice, and pack them fresh.
Every blend we sell is the same one our own kitchen uses. Nothing is added to stretch a powder or deepen a colour. What the farm gives us is what reaches your shelf.
The recipe has not changed. Good spice, ground fresh, packed clean.
