We want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are food items, we follow the policy below to keep everything safe and hygienic.
Damaged, wrong, or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dehleezflavours.com or +91 98770 54580 with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or refund it.
Items that cannot be returned
For food safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, or of sealed products returned without a quality issue. This does not affect your rights where a product is damaged or defective.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but the policy above still applies to damaged or wrong items.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days of approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund by UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.
